PRACTICAL INDICATIONS

The gate at the entrance to the property is kept closed by a padlock. For your peace of mind, we suggest that you close it whenever you want to go out and when you are inside the property.

An intercom is placed at the entrance in case someone needs to contact you. The property is closed in its entire perimeter and no one for any reason can ask you to enter. If you have any doubts please do not hesitate to contact the host team. The only ones who can access are the Securitas employees - in case of an alarm activated - and your host in case of need at your request.

The external lights supplied with the trullo turn on and off automatically. The pool lights also turn on and off automatically. The central light of the gazebo is located on the west-facing pylon and can be switched on on command. An additional light is placed on the same pylon to illuminate the outdoor sink and can be activated by inserting the plug

The irrigation of the lawn of the swimming pool, the citrus grove and the vegetable garden is automatic.

The  pizza and bread oven and the barbecue are at your disposal and should always be well cleaned after each use. To use the oven, please follow the precise instructions that will provide you Dora

In  the large kitchen outside the trullo, where the dishwasher and washing machine are located, some rules must be followed. The shelf is made of natural stone, beautiful but also delicate; You should not place hot pots on top but, if necessary, you must use the special pot rests. The two sets of pots (one in the trullo and one in the large outdoor kitchen) are designed to be used each in its own place, being suitable for induction hobs the first and for gas burners the second. The coffee machine is very easy to use and can be used with both pods and coffee powder. Always use the measuring cup so as not to exceed the recommended dose and always clean the dispenser after each use. An electric slicer is also available, which should always be cleaned after each use (watch out for your fingers!). There is also a microwave oven with various functions (also traditional oven).

Organic kitchen residues should be thrown into  the green composter located in the corner of the vegetable garden. We remind you that meat, citrus residues and bones should not be composted and should instead be placed in unsorted garbage

The pool has automatic cleaning cycles and does not require any intervention on your part. Once a week, Damiano will clean the filter and the filter, to be agreed with you. The deckchairs are also floating and can also be used in the water. The outdoor solar shower should be used without the use of soaps or detergents but only with water.

The electrical circuit of the trullo has various life-saving systems; the main one is located outside the trullo (near the air conditioner) and is modularly divided into the various partitions (internal and external lights, swimming pool, entrance, etc.). It should not be touched unless the life-saving system is triggered for any reason; The cause must be identified and then reactivated. Another life-saving panel is placed inside the trullo near the entrance door. 

The inexpensive trullo stove is usable (of course we don't recommend doing it in summer) 

The air conditioner/heater can be used by simply pressing the activation button and changing the summer/winter mode. A snowflake will indicate summer mode (cooling) and the sun will indicate winter mode (heating). Air conditioning is used only in extreme cases: the trullo is naturally fresh and it is better to take advantage of this opportunity than to use a mechanical means.
